S32760 (1.4501) | |||||||||
Summary | Grade 1.4501 is austenitic-ferritic also referred to as super duplex stainless steel, combine many of the beneficial properties of ferritic and austenitic steels. It offers enhanced pitting and crevice corrosion resistance in environments, where standard stainless and duplex steels are unsuitable. The duplex microstructure contributes higher strength and resistance to stress corrosion cracking, combined with good weldability features. | ||||||||
